Assess
We assess each client company by speaking with and meeting hiring managers and directors so we may gain perspective on the environment and cultural dynamics of the organization. It is crucial for us to assess client expectations for the search while gathering key aspects of the position to be filled.
Overview
Through original research, Kilcullen & Company will develop a target list of qualified candidates for the position. We will perform additional company-specific research analysis and then formulate a customized search strategy.
Develop
Using our extensive database, we cultivate information for individuals with skill-sets and backgrounds matching the opportunity. We vet that candidate list to create a “best of class” talent pool. During this phase, we interview qualified potential candidates either in person or by telephone. After comprehensive due diligence on the candidates, we present our client partner with our top prospects for preliminary interviews.
Interview
The Kilcullen & Company team is actively involved in the interview process as we coordinate all meetings, prepare the candidates and the client prior to each meeting and provide thorough feedback afterward. Through this stage, we continue to search the marketplace and present new qualified candidates while promptly and professionally handling those who were disqualified.
Finalist
As the client narrows the candidate field down to one finalist, we conduct background and reference checks to validate professional experience and compensation. Our team actively assists in compensation negotiation and diligently monitors the process until an employment start date is finalized. In addition, we also assist in the resignation process to ensure that the transition runs smoothly. At every step of the process, we seek feedback from both client and candidate and always provide follow-up analysis.
